why is blogger effective:
its easy to set up and use so everybody can use it
it makes it easy to upload work and have people leave comments so you can feed back on your work
you can easily change your work without having to make it look messy
you can upload anything even power points
its really good for teachers to mark your work and leave good or bad comments
it saves paper so it is good at the environment
you can mark other peoples work and they can mark yours
you can see others work.
\people can see your work and promote it.
it can give other people ideas and help them.
it is easy to upload things.
you don't use paper so it is easier to mark and you wont loose it

when your online you always have to be safe you can do this by:
never give anyone your password
only you go on your account
always make a record of your password
always back up your work
always make sure you save it
do not add people you don't know
never put any personal details on social networks
always keep personal details to yourself

you could get pedophiles that try and get in contact with you
people could hack your account and get your pin number and bank details and get into your bank account
they could read private messages to do with your job or something private
they could hack your account and change your password so you cant log in
you could get a spam letter and it could send a virus to your laptop/computer and make it become really slow or shut it down,
 could loose your work if the system crashes and you would have to re-do it.
 you can make this safe by;
making your password difficult and something that someone wont know
only have people you know on your site so it wont have pedophiles
dont let anyone on your site only yourself
dont answer spam
people could pinch your data
cyber bullying could take place
never put when your on holiday on facebook because people could burgle your house
always make a record of your password so you don't forget it

Of using an IT based communication

System!

I think blogger is a good idea because you can just type your ideas out instead of writing it out on pieces of paper that could easily be lost also you can be creative and make your work your own and it would also not take along you can also go onto your phone on the site and you can also make little changes and wouldn’t have to write it all out again and it is better for the environment because you’re not using paper it is also fast and simple to work.

I also think blogger could be a bad idea because if you don’t save your work you will have to do it all again and also could get lost. Another reason is that while you’re in the middle of doing your work your laptop/computer could die or freeze and your work might be lost. Also if you’re in an important meeting you can make hound outs for people that have been written so they look neater.
